The hospital was large and fairly clean. It seemed like they had a good system for breast-related procedures, which I liked. But maybe because it’s a popular hospital, there were many people waiting, with all kinds of patients. So I waited a long time, and the atmosphere felt a little chaotic. The manager’s consultation was concise and only covered what was necessary, and although they made recommendations, it didn’t feel forced, which I liked. The director’s consultation did cover the things people usually ask about, but they spoke quickly and it ended fast. As for the cost, I thought it was not too burdensome.
