I've been there several times for filler and Botox, but they never even tell you the doctor's name, and it's literally an assembly line. Even during the consultation, the counselor is supposed to discuss the procedure design, but instead they just have you sign the side-effect consent form and then send you straight into the procedure room to wait.. And the staff are generally very kind. The operation style itself is assembly-line, but the procedures are cheap. Even if I visited several times, they wouldn't recognize me, and the procedure design isn't very good either. I don't think I'll go again
