There was no waiting time, and the staff and manager were extremely kind. The director didn't feel especially warm, but they looked at me very carefully and answered everything thoroughly. Out of the 15 places I visited, this one had the longest consultation time and was the most detailed. They were honest about what can and can't be done, and they seem to recommend not having surgery if they feel the result would only be just okay from a natural-aesthetic point of view. This is one of my top 2-3 places to consider for surgery, and I feel like it wouldn't be bad to have surgery here.
