I was getting stressed because I had to keep using my forehead to open my eyes and was suffering from headaches, so I eventually went in for a consultation. Honestly, my eyes were already eyes I liked and were fine in terms of shape, but they said they would become very pretty if I had surgery, so I got tempted and did everything I could while I had the chance. As expected, I was using my forehead to open my eyes, so eye correction was necessary, and my original crease had become a line that looked like an out-line double eyelid, so I asked them to make it an outer line without looking awkward. I hadn’t planned on under-eye surgery, but when I said I’d always looked gaunt and worried about looking dark under the eyes, they said it was necessary to fix that. Since there wasn’t much volume there, they said it would look better if it were filled in. I figured it was something that could change anyway, so I just decided to go for it. Honestly, the biggest thought I had was why did I hesitate, I should have come sooner. I think the director really caught my preferred style well. The consultation was very straightforward, and they clearly told me what was necessary and what wasn’t. And I really liked that it wasn’t a case of ‘it can be done no matter what.’ My older sister had it done the day before me, and because she had eyebrow curling, she got lower blepharoplasty at a young age, but she said there isn’t even a trace of the scar and she loves it.
