I booked a consultation because a friend had revision surgery there and was very satisfied. I didn’t really have anywhere else to compare, but the doctor had many years of surgical experience and explained a surgical method different from other hospitals, so even though it was about twice the advertised price, I understood and booked the surgery right away. It was my first time having cosmetic surgery at all, so I was scared of everything, but the nurse and the doctor helped a lot so it didn’t feel scary. The consultation director was also kind, but the disappointing part was that the guidance staff other than the consultation director were rather rude, and that was reflected quite a bit in my rating. As someone who had a lot of stress from under-eye bags, I was satisfied with the surgery, so I don’t think the cost was wasted. The first procedure wasn’t enough, so I had a second fat procedure as well, but since my dark circles are quite severe, I’m a little disappointed that this still wasn’t completely corrected. And when I asked why the price was so different from the 1.6 million won I had inquired about, they confidently said, "If we said 2 to 3 million right away, you wouldn’t come, would you?" That was absurd, and I still remember it.
