I liked that the director personally gave a very detailed consultation. The estimated amount of volume and the expected post-op line they casually mentioned matched the actual result exactly, so their eye for things looked good. The facilities are average. The surgery nurses were very kind, but one of the counter staff always looked annoyed. I'm fairly satisfied after the surgery, but the amount of aftercare seems sparse (I don't worry much because these are things that get better with time). I went expecting the amount they mentioned during consultation, but maybe they forgot; on the day of surgery, when I paid, they said the expected amount was before tax, which surprised me a littleㅋㅋ Overall, about 3.8 stars.
