When you first go, you fill out a questionnaire about the eyes you want. When you meet the director, they say something like, we can do incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and eye correction like this and then you talk with the consultation manager right away. The consultation manager kindly explains everything, but the hospital atmosphere as a whole felt a bit stiff
