I had one side done without incision the year before last, and the same side done again with incision last year, so that side was done twice. When I did the non-incision method, it wasn't because it loosened, but because I wanted it to be a bit more dimpled, so I had it done again with incision, and now it has stayed well. The scar is only visible if you look really closely, and when I don't smile, it doesn't show at all. It only appears when I smile. If I have time later, I'm willing to do it again. Still, it's really hard. I can't use a straw or smoke, and I can't even rinse food around in my mouth after brushing. Honestly, I couldn't even brush my teeth properly for a month.. Of all the cosmetic procedures I've had, dimples were the simplest, but the aftercare was the hardest.
