I got Ulthera, but they had me lie down right away without a detailed facial consultation. These days, a lot of places do 3D scans and give customized consultations in a more three-dimensional way, but at first the doctor saw my face for the first time while I was already lying on the bed... And since I was lying down, the fat was flowing sideways with gravity, so when they fired the laser it was basically just blasted in. Also, the consultant said Ulthera is fine even if you don’t have much facial fat, but I ended up looking skeletal. I did get some lifting, but because they kept shooting around the cheeks on someone who already has too little cheek fat, a lot of the cheek fat disappeared and people felt sorry for me.
