I only had the tip of my nose done along with square jaw surgery, but they made it too high, so it became a pinched nose + beak nose + deviated columella, and I had it removed at another hospital. The director said it turned out well, and said that if I still wasn't satisfied, they could remove it or do a revision after two months, but.. I was baffled by that statement that it had turned out well, and I couldn't bring myself to lie back on that clinic's operating table again.. When another hospital opened it up, they said they would use the septum, but they had also put in donated dermis (AlloDerm). During the consultation with the director's manager, since I was coming from the provinces, they said it would be okay to stay overnight, so I naturally thought I would go home after one day, but on the day of surgery they discharged me right away, and I had to take the last late-night bus home..
