The director wasn't kind, and honestly, she said something hurtful, so I didn't feel good about it. She was honest, though. The consultation manager was extremely kind. But the director kept saying almost everything about my nose surgery couldn't be done, so I felt awkward about asking questions and couldn't really ask what I wanted to.
