The non-face-to-face consultation was helpful. It was also nice that my own CT, facial photos, and videos were saved before surgery and remained with me. The CT came out clearly and was explained in an analytical way, so I was satisfied. The consultation fee is on the expensive side, but for a major surgery, investing this much money seems worth it.
