I only had a KakaoTalk consultation at first. I had booked a consultation about surgery for protruding eyes. But before the appointment, they said I would need to get around 10 tests at internal medicine and ophthalmology and receive the results by fax before consultation was possible. So I asked whether there were no testing devices in the hospital, and through the KakaoTalk consultation I was told there were no such devices, but that there were affiliated hospitals. So I went to internal medicine first and told the doctor I thought I needed these tests, but when the doctor asked where I would submit them, and I said to the hospital, the doctor said that if that were true, the hospital itself should have such devices to be a proper hospital. So the hospital I went to for testing actually didn't do the tests, didn't even charge me a consultation fee, and I just came out. I canceled the consultation reservation because I felt uneasy.
