This is a clinic I was introduced to by a friend for a consultation about double eyelid revision. It went from a first consultation with the manager to a second consultation with the director and then a third consultation with the manager. Because it was a revision, they recommended incision, eye correction, adjustment of the inner corner, fat repositioning, and so on. The manager looked first and made the judgment; later the director came and said the same thing. The total time I spent at the clinic was about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but the actual consultation time was only about 15-20 minutes. Even though I had made a reservation several days in advance, they kept me waiting so long that it was exhausting. There was no kindness or apology. I couldn't see any other staff members or nurses besides the manager, so it felt like the manager was busy handling everything alone, and the response was a bit slow and confusing.
