I got pigmentation removal treatment, but at first I had requested a specific laser when booking on Naver, yet I was treated with a different laser~ I only found out after the procedure. It was a laser that the hospital didn’t even have. The waiting time for the procedure was also terrible; I arrived about 30 minutes after my appointment that day, but ended up waiting more than 2 hours. After the procedure, I was supposed to go back for follow-up, but because I had so many complaints that day, I didn’t want to go. Then the staff member who called telling me to come in had an extremely rude tone. No matter how the follow-up looked, it was only natural for them to admit their mistake and understand the customer’s position, but that rude tone itself was just unbelievable... It’s a hospital I never want to go back to.
