When I was looking into eye surgery, this place was mentioned a lot, so I booked a consultation. While waiting for the doctor consultation, I ended up waiting in the doctor’s office for nearly 20 minutes because the doctor was still in the operating room. I liked that they said they would minimize scarring from the upper epicanthoplasty and not overdo it, but when they were deciding on the double-eyelid line, they just poked at my eyes roughly with something like a metal rod that already had a fixed shape. My eyelids are thick, so it’s not a type of eye that takes a line easily, but at the previous hospital they kept drawing it until it held, so I lost my interest here. The consultation director explained everything in great detail, but I didn’t go because they said there were five review posts required.
