It was a consultation for eye revision surgery, and they refused to operate. They seem to think conservatively from the patient's point of view, and they don't seem to overly recommend surgeries that are high-risk or don't offer much benefit. From the review photos, I felt that the chief doctor is also very aesthetically skilled at eye surgery.
