I think the director is extremely contradictory. On YouTube, he always criticizes patients who had wrong surgeries because they did not properly research and blindly trusted the doctor's words, but when a patient actually studies properly and asks him questions, he gets angry and says not to doubt him. Is his logic that you should doubt other doctors, but not him... I had originally planned to get surgery at this hospital no matter what, but the more I see the director, the less trust I feel.
