I went in for a double-eyelid consultation and even booked the surgery, but in the end I canceled it. The consultant handled everything up to drawing the surgery line, while the doctor only briefly checked that consultation. They suggested blepharoptosis surgery, which I had never even considered, so I was a bit taken aback... It all felt like it was moving too quickly, like roasting beans over a flash of fire, with no time to really think things over, so I canceled it. In the end, I think it was the right decision to cancel.
