The procedure hurt.. I think the effect on my double chin was pretty good. But the hospital was too crowded and both the doctors and the staff looked way too frazzled. Because they were busy, it was like some factory: I lay down, they injected the anesthesia, immediately injected the solution, and it was over in about 5 minutes? They said, "Go home~" and it felt so awkward...... I don't even know which doctor actually did the procedure on me...
