I got the impression that this was a typical factory-style dermatology and plastic surgery clinic. The overall system runs quickly, and the flow from consultation to procedure is laid out efficiently, so the wait time wasn’t long. That said, instead of expecting a detailed customized consultation, it felt much more like they were following a fixed process. The staff were generally kind and the basic guidance was fine, but I was disappointed that the consultation didn’t go into depth and felt somewhat formulaic. One advantage was that the chief doctor personally performs relatively important procedures like fillers, and that gave me a certain level of trust. However, other care and simple procedures are handled in a division-of-labor structure by multiple medical staff, so I felt this place is better suited to people who value quick procedures and efficiency rather than those who want ongoing care from a single doctor.
