I was stressed about a weak chin and a cleft chin, so I got Botox for the first time and it was fine. I think the effects lasted about 3 months, and while it was working, the horizontal chin lines were completely smoothed out, which was amazing. However, it was a bit uncomfortable that I couldn’t close my mouth well. My chin is short, so to wipe my lips I need to tense my chin, but since I couldn’t do that, my philtrum ended up stretching when I tried to close my mouth. Still, it was definitely nice that the chin wrinkles smoothed out. I think I might get it again next time.
