I had a total of three consultations. At the first and second consultations, they sent me back saying to lose more weight and come again. They also said facial fat is something whose behavior is hard to predict, so even experts have difficulty predicting it. In the end, at the third consultation, after I had reached my target weight, they recommended corrective surgery even though I didn't mention the complex parts of my face. They recommended central midface dermal implant + zygoma + double eyelid surgery, and I think that was the most accurate judgment.
