I went because it was called long-time InMode, but in reality 3 minutes was just the device warming up and they counted that as part of the InMode time.. But then two weeks later, the lifting effect was pretty good. If you're going to focus on just one area for 10 minutes, I recommend it. With InMode, if you keep blasting one spot until it gets hot and then move to another place, the effect seems weaker. Even if it gets hot, you have to تحمل it
