I got 3 sessions each for the underarms and female hair removal. There was no numbing cream, and you just get it while blowing air on it, but it was bearable. But now they don't even give you the ointment to apply after the procedure anymore.. haha The service has gotten worse. I went with a reservation, but I had to wait more than 30 minutes at one point. I don't think the consultation for the procedure was professional.
