I usually worry about my square jaw, so I got Botox injections. It was easy to visit since it's in the same area, and both the nurses and the doctor are kind. I did feel a bit of tingling at first, but I didn't see that big of an effect. That's unavoidable since my jaw is the square-bone type rather than muscle-based, but if you have thick muscles, I think it's worth visiting.
