This is a review after 2 and a half years. I did it here because a friend recommended it. First of all, I wasn't the type to have so much under-eye fat that it needed surgery. My dark circles from pigmentation were pretty bad. During the consultation, they told me that the procedure wouldn't help with pigmented dark circles, but I still decided to do it thinking I might see at least a little effect...!! At first I was so satisfied, but since they had removed fat, it feels like the elasticity has gone down My skin was already lacking elasticity, and I had a lot of wrinkles under my eyes when I smiled, but after the procedure it feels even more crinkly... For people whose under-eye fat makes them look shadowed, I think the effect would be really good.
