I also went for a double eyelid consultation, but I went back for mole removal on my stomach... (I had my double eyelids done somewhere else.) The doctor and the nurse were both kind, which was nice. The surgery went well and they kept taking care of me afterward, so I'm satisfied. I remember paying a consultation fee for the double eyelid consultation.
