The consultation went in this order: director first, then manager, and it took about an hour. They said they’d shave down the hump nose and mainly use ear cartilage, but if that wasn’t enough, they’d use a little septal cartilage. I liked that they told me up front that using a lot of septal cartilage from the first surgery would be bad. And for correcting the crooked nose, they said an osteotomy would be needed, but whether to do it or not was my choice. Both the director and the manager didn’t feel pushy, which I liked. The director also seemed to try hard to match my needs in a comfortable atmosphere. There was no CT; they took photos of my nose and showed me what it would look like after surgery using Photoshop. The consultation fee was 10,000 won!
