I went here because I heard a lot that they’re good with eyes, but the conclusion was that even if the director is very kind and the consultation is good, the practice manager and the front desk staff are so bad that they seem to drag the clinic’s reputation down. The director was kind and listened well. It was different from what I had expected, but I was able to recheck the condition of my eyes. This was a clinic I almost decided on until the very end, but the consultation manager’s attitude and way of speaking were really bad too (a slightly condescending tone), and every time I called the front desk, their rudeness was so annoying. The clinic itself feels a bit uncomfortable. There are people around me who said they had good results, but there are also people who said they didn’t... so I hesitated and gave up.
