I consulted with the consultation manager, and they clearly told me that the Ino Plus laser procedure for under-eye fat that I was interested in is not a procedure suited for me. They said it is effective for people whose skin elasticity has decreased with age and whose under-eyes have sagged, and that if under-eye fat is what's bothering me, it would be better to just have repositing surgery.
