I came because my skin and elasticity have been dull and rough lately. It was easy to find since it's right in front of the station, which was nice. There seemed to be quite a lot of people. Even though I had a reservation there was still a wait, but the person at reception was kind and seemed very sorry about it. I was fine with that. I talked about my concerns and got a procedure recommendation, and they seemed to look at it objectively. It just felt average.
