I had a non-face-to-face consultation, and compared with face-to-face consultations at other hospitals, they definitely explained things in a more detailed and easy-to-understand way. I haven't had a face-to-face consultation myself so I don't know, but I definitely recommend the non-face-to-face consultation. I was satisfied with it, of course the consultation fee has gone up so it's very expensive, but it is that much more objective and detailed.
