My eyes are far apart, I have a severe Mongolian fold, and I tend to open my eyes using my brows, so they said eye muscle correction was essential. They said that some eyes can't be fixed even with double eyelid surgery, which was why I went for the consultation, but in the end I got the surgery anyway. It feels like the surgery is being done according to the doctor's subjective standard of beauty. That's a bit disappointing... my eyes are what I want...
