Among the hospitals I went to for consultations, this one explained things the most professionally. (There were parts I couldn't understand, though..) The director has about 15 years of experience, so it felt like he was confident in his skills too. But at other hospitals they said that if I wanted canthoplasty I could do it, but it didn't seem necessary, whereas here they strongly recommended it, and that bothered me a little
