The part where I got a direct consultation with the director was good. But maybe because the hospital was busy, the staff looked disorganized and there was a lot of waiting, which was inconvenient. I trust the procedure-related part, but the way they handle customers is not great, so honestly I'm a little worried. I did make a reservation and come, but I can't hide the anxiety
