The director grabbing my knees and physically pulling me closer because he said he needed to look closely at my face felt personally unpleasant to me. Other than that, he was kind in explaining my eyes to some extent. In my case, because I use my forehead muscles to open my eyes, he said partial incision + eye correction would be 1.5 million won / full incision would be 1.2 million won. The manager did not give me the feeling of being cared for in a careful way, and to me her attitude did not give me any trust as a patient.
