It's been about 7 years since my nose surgery, and it was like this from the beginning, but my nose is slightly crooked. The silicone is supposed to be here, but it's gone in like this, so I guess it was because I had a closed procedure. As time passes, the left and right sides of my nose look different and it's becoming visible, so I'm looking into revision surgery.
