I got it because the swelling from my double-eyelid surgery didn’t go down for a long time. The conclusion is that it works for simple swelling. However, it had only a minimal effect on one eye where there was adhesion caused by a scar. When I asked whether the effect lasts permanently, I think they said it isn’t permanent, but the eye that was only swollen didn’t return to how it was before and the effect is maintained.
