Four years ago, I had surgery because I wanted to make only the tip of my nose a little higher. My bridge was already high, but after the surgery the tip of my nose kept sagging like a witch's nose, and later it became ugly to look at. I’ve decided to get revision surgery and am currently looking into other hospitals. The skill itself isn’t bad, but you should definitely look into it carefully.
