It didn't feel as kind as I expected, and they seemed to have a lot of pride. The manager recommended another area I wasn't interested in, which bothered me a bit. Also, instead of showing review photos on a computer, they showed them on a personal phone without filters, which made me think my face could end up like that too later on.
