The director is a bit eccentric and very honest, but definitely not unfriendly. In fact, I liked that. The staff are unbelievably kind. I go once a year for my regular checkup, and every time I go, they are kind. First of all, it's been almost 5 and a half years since my surgery, and I'm still extremely satisfied. I had enough consultation and tests before the surgery, and then went ahead with it. Very professional. I usually don't give 5 stars easily, but here I really can't find a flaw. If I had to pick one, it would be that the director is almost too honest
