If I have to wait for what I'm getting next, they should at least say something like, "Please sit and wait because of this and that," but instead they just say, "Please sit for a bit," with no explanation at all. Then if I go to the counter because I've waited too long and ask, they go, "Ah, the patient had a blood test," then "Oh, they didn't," and especially the consultation manager is like that, just nothing at all. They don't take care of anything either. The hospital is just a mess. The kindest and most competent person there is the short-haired woman at the counter.
