They seem to give a very thorough consultation. I was tempted because the event price was cheap. I went only wanting a consultation first, and they were kind and nice. There was no wait, so I could get my consultation comfortably. The staff who handled me were also kind. The interior was nice too. It was clean, so it somehow felt reassuring.
