The doctor makes a good effort with the procedure and that's nice. But the people at the counter don't feel very professional, which is disappointing… It could just be because the process itself is simple, but it doesn't feel like they promptly put the mask on after the procedure and handled everything smoothly; it feels more like they just took care of things while coming and going and then put the mask on. I do like the procedure.
