I was looking into hospitals because I wanted to get breast surgery after my nose surgery, and I went for a consultation after a friend who had breast surgery recommended it. I couldn't find many reviews even after searching the cafe, so I wondered if it would be okay, but the consultation was actually good. The director had a nice impression and a gentle voice, so even though I went feeling tense, talking there actually eased my nerves. What I felt after the consultation was that the hospital's kindness and the director's expertise both seemed good.
