The surgeon was kind and explained things in detail, but the whole place felt a bit chaotic. They said the surgeon had to go into surgery and would move things along quickly, so I filled out the forms and went in, but I ended up waiting quite a long time. The document also got lost, so I had to write it again, and the surgeon came in late too. Still, there was no sense of being rushed during the consultation, and they looked at everything carefully.
