It was my first time having this kind of consultation, so I went in really nervous, but while I was talking to the director it felt like I had been unnecessarily nervous for nothing haha. I thought I shouldn't go in without knowing anything, so I prepared a few questions in advance, and they answered each one in detail, so I understood everything well and was satisfied. The manager was kind too and didn't pressure me to book, just told me the necessary things, so I didn't feel burdened. It was peak season, so there was a bit of a wait, but overall it felt like they took good care of me, so it was fine.
