The manager was really kind. Before and after the consultation, they sent text messages with detailed explanations of what surgery would be included, so it was easy to understand. The explanations were kind and the responses were gentle, so overall I had a pleasant consultation. However, the atmosphere near the counter was a little chaotic and noisy, which personally was disappointing. That part felt uncomfortable. The director seemed to be the type who designs a more glamorous line well. During the consultation, regarding eye asymmetry, they said the left and right eye lines should be made the same, but at another hospital I was told that because the upper eyelid fat amount is different, it would be better to make them different, so that part was a little confusing. They said fat removal wasn't really necessary, and the director explained the forehead lift directly, so I understood it well. Overall, the manager was really kind, but the atmosphere at the counter and some of the explanations during the consultation left me a little disappointed personally. Still, the line itself is a style that makes things look glamorous and clear, so I think it would suit people who prefer a more dramatic eye look.
