When the chief director did it, the swelling was severe, but even with a small amount it turned out natural and smooth, so I was satisfied. At the next visit, I was told the chief director was off that day, so I just got it done by a female doctor instead. Leaving aesthetics aside, on one side a boundary line formed and the other side clumped together and bulged out.
